Min's Bistro is something to which I have devoted myself completely.If there is anything that I can do to make my guests' experience with me more pleasant,then I need to know about it.

I have,all my life,cultivated an ambition to do right by the people around me.Nothing satisfies me more,than to watch my guests stream through the doors,and to see their faces when they take their first bites of my Chicken Lo Mein or my Mongolian Beef.It is a dream come true.

When I came to the US,I was only 14 years old.My family was seeking a better life for us all.They raised me to work as hard as I could at anything that I undertook.I went on to attend UC San Diego,where I studied Economics.During my time at college,I continued to cultivate positive habits and a sturdy mindset.

Today,I bring that same persistence and focus to my restaurant.I know that it may have seemed strange to some people around Yorba Linda,to see a restaurant opening in July 2021,as other restaurants were shuttering their doors.Still,I was confident about my plans.Everyone to whom I showed my menu was enthusiastic about what I was doing.

Yorba Linda is,as well,a place that I am happy to call my home. The history,the neighborliness,and the healthy environment are all dear to me.It is my honor to become a part of the appeal here,to run a restaurant that my friends and fellow Yorba Lindans have received as well as they have.

At Min's Bistro,you can always count on a delicious,fresh,hearty meal prepared carefully and according to my timeless recipes.I source only the best ingredients for my dishes,understanding that there is no cutting corners on the path to culinary perfection.Whenever you dine with us,your satisfaction is my only priority.This has been a long journey for me,and I am enjoying every morsel of it.
